The nose is complex, displaying ripe melon fruits with soft toasty oak.

Rich and rewarding with melons and cashew flavours and soft well integrated oak.

Serve chilled with a simple yet exotic quail or spatchcock recipe.

This wine has excellent acid balance, which adds freshness and will ensure graceful bottle ageing.

Shiraz Tempranillo

Bright crimson red.

Vibrant nose of red berries and plums and earthy aromas.

Medium bodied, the wine shows an abundance of ripe black berry with oak and fine tannins.

An ideal match with flavoursome pork or beef.

To retain as much colour, flavour and texture as possible this wine has not been fine filtered, so decanting is recommended prior to serving.
