This unwooded Chardonnay has a traditional fruit driven style with ripe melon, peach and tropical aromas. The palate is soft and smooth. Fruit ripeness gives good balance and length.

Rich crimson red with purple hues.

The Merlot has earthy and red berry aromas along side some herbaceous characters.

Palate:

The palate is medium bodied with smooth tannin structure and the lingering red berries.

Serving Suggestion:

Served at room temperature this young unoaked Merlot will be particularly good with your favourite pizza topped with herbs, onion and a mix of cheeses.

Tasting Notes:

This unoaked Merlot was created from herbaceous cool climate fruit. The palate is full of flavours which is fruit driven with a soft persistent finish.



Shiraz

Aromas of ripe berries, blackcurrant and spices are abundant in this Shiraz.

Rich and smooth with firm tannins and a lingering finish showcasing the ripe varietal characters.

Served at room temperature this fruity Shiraz is delicious with barbequed chicken wings or an aromatic red Thai curry.

Tasting Notes:

Created with the aromas of concentrated berry fruit. The palate is rich, full bodied and concentrated yet soft making the wine well balanced with berry fruit and pepper spiced aromas.

Dark red and purple tones.

Aroma:

The Cabernet Sauvignon has plentiful aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry, with a hint of cedar and crushed leaf.

Palate:

The palate is rich and flavoursome featuring berry fruits, spices and chocolate on a long, full bodied palate.

Serving Suggestion:

Served at room temperature this young fruity Cabernet Sauvignon will flatter Roast Venison, Pepper Steak or rich meaty Lasagna.

Tasting Notes:

This unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon shows flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and a cedar nose, with five spice and chocolate. The mouth flavour is full-bodied exhibiting ripe blackcurrant fruit flavours.



Viognier Chardonnay

The Viognier Chardonnay has aromas of melon, apricot and spice.

Palate:

On the palate the wine is smooth and elegant. It shows varietal characters of stone fruit and orange and has a full but crisp finish.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve chilled with crab, shellfish, fish and Asian dishes.

Tasting Notes:

The typical apricot and ripe, viogner characters combine with the tropical and peach aromas of the chardonnay to make a harmonious wine.
